LAGOS-US GEO Module v1.0 Publication

Please note the version numbers: the data module is GEO v1.0, but the toolbox is v2.0.

Tools from the LAGOS GIS Toolbox are published in this v2.0 code release to correspond to the LAGOS-US GEO data module v1.0 publication.

This release is intended to replace the "beta" version previously released.

LAGOS-US LOCUS Module v1.0 Publication

Please note the version numbers: the data module is LOCUS v1.0, but the toolbox is v2.0-Beta.

Tools from the LAGOS GIS Toolbox are published in this v2.0 "beta" code release to correspond to the LAGOS-US LOCUS data module v1.0 publication.

Other tools in the toolbox associated with the LAGOS-US GEO or LIMNO modules are present in this release (see script headers for which modules are associated), but the methods are not finalized until their eventual data publication, therefore this release is being labeled a "beta" version. If any tools used in work leading to LOCUS v1.0 are changed in the creation of future modules, this release will continue to make the older code available so that LOCUS v.10 data can be re-produced or understand using the older scripts/methods.

LAGOS-Northeast Publication

This release captures the LAGOS GIS Toolbox as it was designed upon the release of the LAGOS-Northeast methods paper and the LAGOS-Northeast Data Note. This release corresponds with the 1.087.* releases of the LAGOS-NE database exports--that is, the LAGOS-NE-GEO data values should be able to be reproduced with the version of the tools seen in this release.
