Comfy Action

This action will set up Comfy in windows (nvidia), Ubuntu Linux (nvidia), and a m2 mac mini instance to run Comfy workflows. The workflow files live in this repository and are passed along with model checkpoint requirements in a JSON.
Currently the Github Action will run on PRs when they are approved (as a last step) or by workflow dispatch. There are a lot of changes so we should squash these commits into one.
