This PR adds additional fuzz tests to the smart wallet factory contract, with the goal of targeting our specific use case with the LibClone library. The tests are written in a new
CoinbaseSmartWalletFactoryFuzz.t.solfile. Thefoundry.tomlfile has not been changed, meaning the # of runs currently default to 256 runs.
