The ability for visitors and users to view donated inventory is based on their authentication status and account role.

Acceptance criterion:

No donated inventory is visible without an authenticated session.
Any donated inventory is not visible to a standard user, except for the donations they have submitted
An administrator can view all donated inventory
A social worker, aide, employee of an organization may review donated inventory based on their account role(s)
A volunteer's ability to view donated inventory is based on their account role(s)
