Documentation for cnmodel

Documentation of the cnmodel project is included in the doc directory. You may generate a local copy of the documentation if you have installed sphinx by running "make html" in the doc directory. A current copy of the documentation for the master branch can be found at http://www.manislab.org/static/CNModel/index.html

This documentation includes an overview of the structure of the project, docstrings for the examples, and API docstrings for all modules in the project.
