A paper-pencil version of the IPIP-NEO-120 personality questionnaire as Word and PDF file including an Excel based analysis tool.
The excel tool uses mean and standard deviation as normative data calculated from Johnson's IPIP-NEO data repository. All male/female entries from USA with age from 18 to 75 years are used. Note that this should be replaced by your own dataset.
Please also note that negative keyed items are already considered correctly by the analysis tool. No manual action needed.
