Seems the scripts are intended for adding the solution of the assignments. However, there are cases where we need to update the starter code and reflect it in each of the students repositories as well. Currently, Github classroom doesn't support that, so the changes I've made would do that.
Also, it supports for specifying the output directory for cloning the assignments repositories.
