This PR allows to get rffft parameters (frequency, sample rate, format and start time) directly from the filename when doing offline processing.
Supported filenames are files generated from SatDump (.s8, .s16 and .f32 formats only for now) and GQRX.
This PR is based on top of #48 so should not be merged before it.
