Use property values in Info.plist rather than hard-coded values in dialog view.

Work in progress to stabilize base XcodeCapp prior to work on upgrading for Python3 and Node.
We have no automated tests whatsoever for XcodeCapp and depend on human usage for validation.
This should not be merged until such usage has been undertaken - apply this as a patch for testing.
