Background:

The current version of the PRS module is planned to support the PRS catalog, but once the GWAS catalog is supported, p-value thresholding for C+T should be added as a option in the PRS module.

Completion Criteria:

Completed once p-value thresholding is allowed within the PRS module using GWAS catalog data

Implementation Summary

p-value will be included as a possible thresholding term within the PRS module before PRS are calculated.
