Background:

Currently, the PRS module is planned to support data from the PRS catalog, but the GWAS catalog (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/home) should also be supported.

Completion Criteria:

The goal is to ingest GWAS catalog data for PRS analysis.

Implementation Summary

GWAS catalog data needs to be defined within the PRS module as a potential input to the model.
