Genetic maps vary by ancestry, so in order to use the correct one for PRS, ancestry needs to be taken into account.

Acquire and lift over genetic maps for multiple ancestral groups (in 1KGP) to hg38, then integrate genetic maps that connect with ancestry per individual for LD clumping into PRS workflow
