Background:

LD clumping is part of the PRS workflow where one representative SNP from the GWAS results is chosen per LD block

Completion Criteria:

Once a version of LD clumping has been integrated into the current PRS module, it will be considered done.

Implementation Summary

Genetic maps from 1KGP will be lifted over to hg38 and used to clump before PRS scores are generated.
