This is my omage to Basic Fantasy
Since i am utterly unable to edit the FREE manual with Libreoffice i ported it to Latex!
Each versione of Basic Fantasy has own tex and pdf file. The pdf is compiled without any images!
For compiling the PDF you need, for example, Basic-Fantasy-RPG-Rules-r133.odt and BF133.tex files. Unzip Basic-Fantasy-RPG-Rules-r133.odt. Move the Pictures folder to the same folder with BF133.tex and rename Pictures folder to "PicturesXXX" where XXX is the revision number, like "Pictures133". Pay attention to line 22 of BF.tex about compiling with or without images.
The resulting PDF while verbatim on text about original manual may have some difference in layout mostly due to different compiling and layout structuring by latex.

For compiling you need an updated Latex version using xelatex, or you can use the tectonic engine for a simplier approach.
