- redirect to 404 for non-existing/wrongly formatted public_id
- updated footer to point to latest P&C policy
- various Javascript console issues (missing keys, invalid element in element issues, missing in header, class -> className)
- fixed compilation warnings
- centralized statusTo ... mappings
- minified images (w/o loss)
