I noticed that in a pedigree I analyzed where two individuals are half-siblings (same mother), they were classified as sib-sib (0.50), but they cluster with the individuals who are uncle/aunt-niece (0.25). I think half-siblings can be classified as 0.25 so they will cluster properly. See AI001905 and his half-siblings AI001903 and AI001904 in the attached files.

I'll look into this. Meanwhile, can you give 1905 a fake parent? I think that will give you 0.25 based on the current logic.
