Milestones for may beta release of newgui:

Refactor file-panel dohicky so users can create new blocks, minimize and delete, etc.

Build input data from reference + (phased) vcfs (MOSTLY DONE - performance bad for huge vcfs).

User-settable random number seed from newgui

Error / usage logging

User should be able to pick starting tree / arg

ARG viewing? Saving? How?

BUG : Closing tab with running chain does not prompt to abort run or anything - run continues in background.
Timeframe:
Beginning of May: feature freeze / debug / polish elements
