Would be nice to have a regression test on some sample data, maybe comparing the result to what cellfinder_napari was doing before @brainglobe/ucl-rsdg started working on it? To ensure we haven't broken anything?

Closing in favour of internal CI tests on large data brainglobe/brainglobe-workflows#9
