While utilizing this program, I realized that the cube depth was not customizable and was fixed at (50, 50, 20). I would like for the program to be able to support changing cube size. This should be allowed in the napari plugin when the files save, while training, and classification.

For the napari plugin curation, there should be a widget to change the value of cube width, depth, and height.

The reason for this request is that our team is working on brains that are quite small and wanted to test if reducing the cube size would improve accuracy. I feel like this would be useful for others that are in a similar position.

There are no alternatives for this.
