Include optimized_antsMultivariateTemplateConstruction as vendored sofware.

Make sure to include the commit hash and the license.

Test to see if the contained bash scripts can be executed after pip installation.
This may require creating a Python command-line entry point that wraps the modelbuild.sh command.
