Universal Now Playing

Shows currently playing iTunes or Spotify song in Adium.

• Favors Spotify (will show Spotify song before iTunes song if both are running).
• Works in a chat session and as a status message.

Installation

• Download and put in ~/Library/Application Support/Adium 2.0/Scripts (or equivalent).

Usage

Using %song will output, for example, "♬ The Jesus & Mary Chain - Between Planets".

You can also add a custom status using %song.
