  • This is an optional upgrade intended for delegates
  • Blockchain will replay on upgrade
  • Fix bug that would cause block production to fail due to duplicate pending transactions
  • Fix bug that would load invalid blocks on restart after replaying an invalid chain
  • Allow user-defined checkpoints defined in checkpoints.json
  • Add initial delegate_ API commands to allow tuning block production parameters. Settings are not yet saved on restart
