Recent versions of git require to provide the '-f' argument to clean. * makefile (clean): Provide the '-f' argument.
* makefile (clean): Invoke 'rm' with the '-f' argument. Remove '-' make prefix. (build-dir): Likewise.
This fixes the build when using something like: $ make LAYOUT=dvorak-kinesis-mod ROOT=output * makefile ($(ROOT)): New target. * makefile ($(ROOT)/firmware--ui-info.json): Add 'firmware' as prerequisite.
