feat: Add Gotify custom service component

Description

This adds a new custom service component for Gotify, a system for sending and receiving messages. The component will display the number of messages outstanding as well as the overall system health.

Some notes:

• Requires a client token (not app token)
• Displays outstanding messages up to 100, above that will display 100+
• There are two components for the health results. These are combined into a single status and it will choose the "worse" status to display.

Type of change

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)

Checklist:

• I have made corresponding changes to the documentation (README.md).
• I've checked my modifications for any breaking changes, especially in the config.yml file
