Tutorial written to walk through using FITS Tables, FITS images, displaying them, querying catalogs and comparing coordinates to match sources.

Also walks through using some basic astropy units operations.
Originally planned to use more specutils Spectrum1D but I wasn't able to get it to work perfectly just yet (likely user error). May want to just take out that section entirely?

Data files are uploaded on here for now following the Contributing guidelines.

Thanks @Deech08! I just rebased this PR to pull in some changes I made to the build machinery. Hopefully Travis should run now...

👋 We have changed the build infrastructure and layout of files in the repo, so I am going to rebase this pull request and force push to your branch. If you have any local changes that haven't been pushed, please push them by the end of this week (October 1). After I have rebased to bring the new build machinery in, please let us know if you would like to continue working on this tutorial or if you would rather someone else take it over. Thanks!
