Prototype Parsed Data for block header files in JSON format which can be expected from the AST generated by PyGCCXML

Prototype for GNURadio as part of my GSoC Project: Block header parsing tool.
Sample AST in .txt format has been generated using PyGCCXML tool which will be parsed as a part of my project to create a JSON file.
Note: JSON file here created manaully. This is a prototype JSON file which will be the expected end product. :)
