The script use: title + tag + username to build the name.
So I recommend you to change the title of every password to the website url and add tag to every password, I use personal/others/work so after the script things will be like:
google.com/personal/my_personal_email@gmail.com
google.com/work/my_work_email@gmail.com
If you want that the script ignore some password just add a tag ignore or archive the password.
remember to change the name of the file.csv to the name of your file (line 69)
