  1. Request maximum texture dimensions proeprly depending on texture type.
  2. Cap total size by 1 GB on 32-bit and 4 GB on 64-bit.

Note: in case of NVIDIA driver, GL_MAX_TEXTURE_SIZE = 32K, so 4 GB cap is always used anyway.
