CAMEL-20606: Add Camel K bind command

Description

CAMEL-20606

• Enhance Camel JBang bind command with Kubernetes and Camel K specifics such as traits, annotations, service bindings
• Uses arbitrary bind command as a base
• Makes sure to use a proper Camel K operator id

Target
