Hi 👋

I'm Ana, a biomedical engineer with experience in neuroimaging, machine learning, and signal processing. I'm eager to learn new ways of improving healthcare and I'm always up for a challenge.

In my master's thesis, I dealt with diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance images (MRI) to determine the structural connectivity changes in migraine using tractography algorithms. Currently, I'm doing my PhD in biomedical engineering working with applications of deep learning to structural MRI images.
