This will add an automated build job, using Github actions.
It uses a docker image with bebbo's GCC 6.5 to perform the build
Currently, there's only one job, to build for OS3. The docker image supports OS4 and MorphOS as well, so it could easily be expanded to do the same for those platforms also.
However, the OS3 sources do not compile for me, so the job will fail - until the issues causing this are fixed. :-)
Not sure how helpful this is in the current state of the sources, but I think it might be good to have going forward in any case.
