This release exists so that we can attach the shellcheck binary for use in the Travis tests. This is a temporary solution until we find a better place to host this binary.
The linux binary is extracted from the Ubuntu Artful package version 0.4.6-1. The OS X binary is taken from the 0.4.6 homebrew install.
