I haven't run autoformatting yet (as it will change many, many files) but I've added some code to make this easier for us when we decide to do so. In particular, I updated the already existing
invoketasks for formatting so that they work more as I would expect and also added a CONTRIBUTING.md file describing how theseinvoketasks should be run.
