  1. Changed path to resolvconf with $(which resolvconf), should allow the… 

    … script to work in most configurations without having to edit it.

Added a patch:
# Patch / jm@epiclabs.io
# force exit with no errors. Due to an apparent conflict with the Network Manager in Ubuntu Desktop
# $RESOLVCONF sometimes exits with error code 6 even though it has performed the
# action correctly and OpenVPN shuts down.
