Basierend auf #4 hier nun die Überführung der Markdown List zu JSON.
JSON deshalb, damit man mittels JSON schema gleich Tests über die Liste laufen lassen kann, und diese auf entsprechende Formfehler prüfen kann.
Desweiteren hab ich einen Github actions workflow ergänzt, sodass der Formattest bei jedem neuen Pull Request ausgeführt wird.
