This pull request adds the ability to subscribe to a distant iCalendar URL (see #156).
It adds a new subscribe button that allows the user to specify the URL of a distant ICS file. Events from this ICS file are then displayed on the calendar.
(I didn't add tests yet, I wanted to see if you are OK with the implementation first.)
