Instructions on how to run and setup

Note that in our current environment, we use cloud devops to setup this workload and perform tests. We haven't yet released this as part of the project so the instructions below are manual and designed to run on your development laptop. Feel free to automate and adjust to running on cloud instances appropriately. Stay tuned for more automated instructions.
