RUN ./setup to setup the toolcahin for use

had to zip a few files cause github was throwing errors due to their size.

        GCC 5.2.1

toolchain for x86_64 architecture , compiled from linaro source with graphite and link time optimizations(lto) multilib disabled(we don't need it for us)
