Import esx_ambulancejob.sql

Type [F6] in-game to bring ambulance menu

Go behind hospital via the parking to see ambulance job markers

The fivem folder is a replacement for the default one with setAutoSpawn(false) for RP Death (Original code in comment)

ESX Ambulancejob is not compatible with es_freeroam. Untested with fs_freeroam.
