This is a Wire Cell Toolkit package which provides signal processing functionality.
The algorithm and performance of this package (0.6.2) have been summarized in arXiv:1802.08709 (MicroBooNE collaboration).
It also contains Python code to help prepare a Wire Cell Toolkit field response data file.
