window_set_fullscreen() does not exist in SDK 3.x as all windows are fullscreen by default.

The Pebble Round has a different size and shape of display compared to the original Pebble and the Pebble Time, and isn't suited to the current UI design as the date/time line gets truncated at both ends by the Round's circular display.
