On Windows Copy SQL_in_List_Win.exe to a local directory
open CMD window and navigate to that directory
type SQL_in_List_Win.exe and press enter
input list of values you need formatted
Press enter twice to signal the end of the list and produce output

On Linux Copy SQL_in_List_Linux to a local directory
from the CLI make it excutable - chmod u+x SQL_in_List_Linux type ./SQL_in_List_Linux and press enter
