This release of the post-harvest processor downloads 10k files prepared by Gulo on Google Cloud Storage (https://github.com/VertNet/gulo/releases/tag/v2016-09-16), processes the records in those files (including extracting and adding trait data), and uploads the resulting files to Google Cloud Storage, where they are ready for indexing into the VertNet data store using VertNet Indexer for Darwin Core 2015-03-19 (https://github.com/VertNet/dwc-indexer/releases/tag/v2016-09-16).
