⚙️ Frontend Setup ⚙

1. yarn install to install dependencies
2. yarn start to run the server locally at localhost:3000

🎬 Building for Production 🎬

1. yarn lint to check that there are no linter errors, otherwise the site will not compile
2. yarn build to create a new production build in the build folder

🌐 Interacting with the Backend 🌐

• Run the backend Docker containers locally
• To interact with the API server properly, the browser needs to have CORS disabled
• To run Chrome without CORS
  • MacOS - open -n -a /Applications/Google\ Chrome.app/Contents/MacOS/Google\ Chrome --args --user-data-dir="/tmp/chrome_dev_test" --disable-web-security
  • Windows 10 - "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --disable-web-security --disable-gpu --user-data-dir=~/chromeTemp
  • Linux - google-chrome --disable-web-security
