Update jerryscript submodule to v2.2.0

Note: This is not the latest version (v2.3.0),
but this intermediary version solve building issue on ubuntu-20.04
while olders ones didn't (v2.1.0, v2.0).

Observed issue with gcc (Ubuntu 9.3.0-10ubuntu2) 9.3.0:

    /usr/include/x86_64-linux-gnu/bits/string_fortified.h:71:10: error: \

This will help to keep iotjs in debian repo
