Your passwords are encrypted using the Russian encryption algorithm Kuznyechik, which is considered one of the strongest encryption methods. This is a robust algorithm that uses a 256-bit long, randomly generated master key. Encryption keys are not stored in the app and are only used to encrypt and decrypt your passwords.
