Tax rates, deductions, and tax credit parameters
Added more parameters on personal tax credits, IRA exemptions, and the Lump Sum Distribution tax.
Itemized deductions, updates to tax credits, and addition of high income tax bracket set
started to incorporate the LITC into the tax calculation
