This solution provide a solid start for standalone IoT Hub, through the core implementation of the TCPServer. To make the smaple work you have to 1- Restore the database 2- use installutil.exe to install the windows service 3- Host the webapi and web site 4- update the service configuration file 5- update webapi web.config 6- Start windows service 7- Open website home page 8- run robot application 9- set IP and Port already configured for the service 10- Click start then click send
