Installation

Required Software

  • A functional MATLAB installation (MATLAB 7.3 and higher).
  • The RAVEN toolbox.

Loading/saving the model

Rat-GEM.mat (Recommended if on main branch)

  • Load and save using the built-in MATLAB load() and save() functions.
