Orka builders don't propagate back a bad return code from the remote shell: https://gitlab.com/finestructure/swiftpackageindex-builder/-/jobs/6748188934

Builder version: 4.38.0
./build.sh: line 64: gtimeout: command not found

This shows as a success in the Gitlab UI. This is not a problem for build reporting. This build is simply being ignored. However, it makes it more difficult to see if things are working as expected when looking at the job queue in Gitlab.

This is not a blocker to run the third Swift 6 preview run.
